DESCRIPTION:Static Trapeze I – Tactical Technique -May 15th\, 5:45pm-7:15pm \n\n\n\nAugment your technique on static trapeze by learning the key concepts behind dynamic movement and fundamental drills designed to increase power and efficiency. Beneficial to any student\, beginning or advanced. \n\n\n\nStatic Trapeze II – Power Hungry – May 15th\, 7:30pm-9pm  \n\n\n\nIn this workshop we hone in on advanced dynamic trapeze tricks and sequences! We’ll tackle key skills for generating powerful swings\, tight twists and daring drops. \n\n\n\nPrerequisites: This workshop is for the intermediate to advanced student\, fully capable of pulling over out of a beat and comfortable with knee beats and ankle hangs. \n\n\n\nCamille Swift (a.k.a\, Femme Fenix) is a professional aerialist from Chicago with 12 years of training and practice in static trapeze\, dance trapeze\, and aerial sling. She has performed and taught in France and throughout the United States. Her classes and workshops focus on dynamic movement in the aerial arts\, building strength and honing technique for maximum efficiency and ease in the air\, performance with power and precision. \n\n\n\nEach workshop is $60 and space is very limited!
