Join us for Traincation 2023!\n\nThis intensive will be lead by master coaches Sebastian Rojas\, Rebecca Starr & Jessica Jay.\n\nStudents will receive high quality coaching from Rebecca\, Sebastian & Jessica in the following areas: Straps\, Rope\, Lyra\, Contortion\, Silks\, & Sling. Whether you’re a coach looking to grow and fill your own cup\, or a student hoping to level up and learn new skills\, we can’t wait for you to join us! Click the link below to fill out the application form where we can learn about your wants and needs as our Traincation student.\n\nFill out the application form here.\n\nCheck out all the awesome stuff you’ll be able to learn in our Traincation this summer:\n\nChoose 2 Disciplines to Train!\n\nStraps with Sebastian\nRope with Sebastian\nLyra with Rebecca\nContortion with Rebecca\nAerial Silks with Jessica\nAerial Sling with Jessica\n*4 hours of aerial training per day\n\nChoose your Supplementary Training Track:\n\nFlexibility\nHandbalance\nAcro Dance\nCreative Aerial Training\n\nPLUS\n\nDaily Warms\nInjury Prevention\nDaily Cool Downs\n& more!\n\nTraincation students get to choose their training track\, including 2 main disciplines to focus on for the entirety of the training choosing from Straps\, Rope\, Lyra\, Contortion\, Silks\, & Sling. Students will also get the opportunity to train in supplementary areas such as Flexibility Training\, Handbalance\, Acro Dance\, & Creative Aerial Approach. Traincation will be a time for students to focus on their own training\, learn brand new skills\, and level up in a focused and professional training environment. The training will be held at @soraaerialarts in the brand new state of the art facility with 28 foot ceilings. The space is fully air conditioned and located in Lexington\, KY. The training is July 7-10 from 10am-6pm each day. We can’t wait for you to train with us this summer! \nPrerequisites for the training: we are only accepting students working at an Intermediate / Advanced Level. Not sure if you qualify?
