DESCRIPTION:Buy Tickets!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us as we present our next studio-wide aerial theatrical production\, “The Aerial Nutcracker!” This show is based off of the holiday tradition\, “The Nutcracker” which has been performed by dance companies all over the world. We will of course be doing our own non-traditional spin on the Nutcracker\, taking it up into the air\, using new music\, and putting a circus twist on this holiday classic. Our Aerial Theatre productions have become an amazing and fun tradition for everyone in our studio and for the community. In this production we will utilize a variety of aerial and circus arts to tell the story including aerial silks\, aerial hoop\, contortion\, dance\, duo trapeze\, hoop dance\, high flying acrobatics\, and more! Our mission is to make Aerial Arts accessible to all. Come watch students of all ages as well as professionals from our Professional Company hit the stage this December to present this jubilant and unique production that audiences of all ages will enjoy. SUMMARY:Youth Flexibility Intensive
DESCRIPTION:Would your child’s sport or hobby benefit from a focused flexibility training practice?\nThis summer we are offering a special Flexibility Intensive designed specifically for gymnastics\, cheer\, dance\, & aerial students.\nThese sports are very demanding on the body and require both a high level of strength and a high level of flexibility to perform each one at its peak level. In each of these sports\, it is typical that Flexibility Training is the least focused-on component of each practice. We are here to fill in the gap and to give each child the Flexibility Training techniques that will give them a head start for their upcoming fall season.\n\n\nBuilt for aerial\, gymnastics\, cheer & dance students\nWe meet 3x per week for 2 weeks\nMon/Tues/Thurs @11am-12noon July 17th – 27th\n$120 for the intensive\nages 10-17 or Instructor Approval\n\n\nThis training will be led by the owner of Sora Aerial Arts\, Jessica Johnson.\n\nJessica has been a lifelong athlete\, training in competitive sports from a young age. Upon discovering aerial arts\, it was her mission from the start to learn how to become more flexible. Since 2011 she has traveled the world training and learning from the experts in the field of both Flexibility & Contortion Training.\n\nShe now teaches her own flexibility training method that has shown to be very effective with her aerial students. She loves to spread this knowledge of how to train Flexibility properly without compromising the strength of the athlete.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for our first ever Youth Traincation!\n\nYouth Traincation is a high level circus training camp for Intermediate and Advanced Circus Students. Students will get to train with master coaches Zoe Enright and Rebecca Starr. Zoe specialized in Duo Trapeze and Silks\, Rebecca specializes in Lyra\, Handbalancing\, Contortion\, & Acrobatics. This is a chance for your child to level up\, learning unique skills from high level coaches from around the nation!\n\nInstructor Approval is required – if your student trains outside of Sora Aerial Arts\, please send a video to Jessica at soraaerialarts@gmail.com of your child performing or training circus.

Traincation will be a time for students to focus on their own training\, learn brand new skills\, and level up in a focused and professional training environment. The training will be held at @soraaerialarts in the brand new state of the art facility with 28 foot ceilings. The space is fully air conditioned and located in Lexington\, KY. The training is July 7-10 from 10am-6pm each day.
