How it Works & What to Expect!
DRINK WATER. To replenish the fluids lost through sweating during your sauna session, it is recommended to drink ample water before, during, and after the session.
DRESS OR UNDRESS. You may undress or wear a bathing suit, depending on your choice and comfort.
USE A TOWEL. Please feel free to use a towel and place it in the dirty towel bin once you’re done.
GET COMFORTABLE. Be sure to move and use the backrests if you want to lean back.
TURN DOWN THE LIGHTS. Feel free to turn off the floor lamp and enjoy low lighting while you’re in the sauna.
START SLOW. As you begin your Infrared Sauna regimen, it is encouraged that you start with sessions around twenty minutes and increase time as you gain tolerance for the dry heat and your body's detoxification process.
