Curious about rope but never had the chance to explore? Come and learn beats, various sequences, tension locks, and dynamic movement accessible to beginner students. This is a 90-minute workshop.
Prerequisites: Ability to climb to the top, no current shoulder injury.
About Sebastian:
Sebastian is one of the founders and co-owner of Celeste Aerial Arts located in Detroit, Michigan. He started off as a martial artist in 2003 and began teaching after he obtained his black belt in 2008. Martial arts has given him an understanding of the body and awareness that easily translated to aerials.
He found his passion for rope and straps and developed his own teaching style based on dynamic movement and technique. His goal has been to bring both of these apparatuses into the spotlight in the Detroit area.
